Leader’s Guide
This leader’s guide makes mentoring simple and effective. Use it for one-on-one mentorship (10-12 months) or lead your entire worship team through a 7-month study that builds unity, deepens biblical understanding, and equips leaders to guide congregations into transformational worship. There are 42 weeks of studies (many are intended just for the advanced study) and 14 projects to use in mentoring relationships or deeper study.

Designed for group study, this journal helps team members explore biblical servanthood in worship leadership. It fosters passion and participation in worship that points people to Christ and strengthens your team’s shared calling.

This journal is built for one-on-one mentorship and deeper study. It equips emerging leaders to embrace biblical servanthood, grow in passion for worship, and develop practical skills for leading others toward Christ-centered transformation.

Each participant will need a copy of The Worship Ministry Guidebook along with one of the journals. The leader’s guide provides resources for leading team studies and the mentoring study. The study can be easily tailored to your specific needs. The study guide materials can easily be used for cohort monthly studies.
