The EXPO will run on three schedules depending upon your track. EVERYONE will attend the opening and closing sessions together. Those that are in the choir retreat or orchestra retreat will follow the retreat schedule for the rest of the day. Those in children’s leadership track will follow their special schedule.
Those that are in the general EXPO group will choose three breakout classes and one lunch period. For instance, you will attend sessions 1, 2 and 4 and lunch period 2 OR sessions 1, 3 and 4 and lunch period 1. There is travel time between classes to give you ample time to arrive at your next destination.
Exhibitors will be available for you during registration and lunch periods to check out their offerings.
The Worship Ministry Guidebook will be available at a discount for you to purchase for yourself or your worship teams. A group study is in the works to assist you in guiding your teams through this.
