Sponsorship Opportunity
The Renewing Worship EXPO will be held in Statesville, NC, about 50 minutes north of the Charlotte-Douglas airport. Our last EXPO had an attendance of over 500 people, and we expect this one to exceed those numbers. As a sponsor of the Renewing Worship EXPO, you will have the opportunity to connect, interact, and network with worship ministry leaders from across North Carolina. NC Baptists are comprised of nearly 3,500 churches actively working together on mission in various ways. This event will provide you with an opportunity to showcase your organization and potentially further the gospel through the connections you make during the conference.
Our list of sponsors for this event has reached 20 and is growing, representing publishers, ministry organizations and schools across the nation.
Over 50 breakout classes on various topics are available for participants to help each worship leader grow in their calling.
The main event is on Saturday, September 27. In addition, we will be offering a choral reading session with five publishers on Friday afternoon and a concert on Friday night.
We have intentionally designed the exhibit hall to coexist with the dining area, pushing everyone to that area for about an hour during the day (coming in two shifts for two hours of intense contact time). The hall will open as the doors are open on Saturday morning and remain available all day for additional contact.
The cost for sponsorship is $750. Sponsors will have an 8-foot table in the exhibit area and a power strip provided. You will be given a catered lunch for the day as well. Your logo will be featured on our sponsor page, along with a link to your website or a specially designed webpage (on your site) for participants in this event.
