During this time that churches cannot meet, many churches are moving to livestreaming their services to their congregations at home. In many cases, one or more musicians lead the congregational songs in the livestream. With more stringent “social distancing” being required, some churches are needing a substitute solution for leading congregational music. Using professionally produced lyric videos requires special copyright licenses not covered by CCLI or CCS streaming licenses.
